Design your Forms

Create as many forms as you need to enter data into your account - from your website, call center, front desk or sales office. Forms can be used internally from within Open Leads to make the process of adding a new lead record easier, or they can be used online as inquiry forms on your website.

Click on the Settings Tab, then on the Forms icon. Click on "Add Form" to create a new form, or click on the name of an existing form to edit it.

This opens the Editor, which allows you to add and arrange the fields you wish to use on this form. Click here for more info on creating a form
