Running this option will delete all active tasks for the current lead. It will also delete any currently pending or canceled emails associated with the current lead.

This is useful when applying a new Workflow that changes the contact status or direction of the sales process associated with a particular lead.

For example: You may have created and applied a Workflow that sends out an email every few days in an effort to get the lead to respond. After a couple of days, they respond to you, so you use the "Remove Pending" option to stop the subsequent emails that were scheduled by your Workflow.
