If you have forgotten your password, you have two options:
1) Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to be emailed a new, temporary password. Once you receive that in your email, you may use it once to gain access to your account, and will be prompted to update your permanent password.
2) Contact your Account Administrator - all users in Open Leads are added by your account administrator, and thus they can update your password for you.
