We are often asked if Open Leads integrates or syncs with Gmail, Google Calendar, or Outlook. The answer is, no, not at this time. Open Leads has its own email system for outbound electronic communication, as well as its own task calendar system. Users can subscribe to their tasks list in any external calendar that supports the iCal standard (including Outlook 2007 and newer, as well as Gcal) but tasks appear as read-only, and are not editable from within the calendar application.
