Often it may be helpful to mass apply a Type to a list of leads. For instance, you may have a list that represents a group of prospects that share a common trait that that you want to keep segmented.
One of the best and easiest ways is to add a unique Type to this list of leads.To mass apply a Type, first create the Type by going to Settings>Types and clicking on "Add Type."
Then filter your lead list to view the leads you wish to update.
Finally, from the "Apply to" dropdown menu on the right side of your Leads List, choose "Assign/Remove Type" and then select the Type you wish to apply to this list. Click the "Run" button to complete the process.
